Here is an important claim made by someone from Pakistan who claims to be his previous brother in law. The attached link shows that Jamal Miftah First wife died during his immigration process and Jamal Miftah married another lady in Pakistan, changed her name to his dead wife and brought her on a fake(changed name) from Pakistan. Following is a quote from his brother in law(previous).

We don't know what is truth, but people must search the background of this Jamal Miftah and if he has brought or helped someone come to USA claiming fake Identity, then he should be dealt by the authorities accordingly. People must see the both sides of story before making opinion about this Jamal Miftah, as he may be creating & using this for his benefit ( as the attached link claims, his sister who sponsered him and his wife was interviewed by FBI) so definitely creating a sympathy from media can help him in case of any wrong doing.

I am reporting an immigration fraud that has been committed by Jamaluddin Miftah and his wife Nageena Miftah of 3317 South 118 East Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74146-2138 (918) 622-7786 previously of Thana, Swat Pakistan.

Mr. Jamaluddin Miftah was married to my sister Nageena on 28 March 1984 (I have the marriage certificate). Jamaluddin Miftah killed Nageena on the 20th of May 1987. Nageena’s date of birth is 1967. Our father’s name was Noor Mohammad and our mother’s name is Jahan Ara (living) of 169 Gul Bahar no.2 Peshawar city N.W.F.P. Pakistan.

Jamaluddin Miftah got married again to a Shahnaz Anjum, date of birth October 1st 1969. She is the daughter of Muhammad Hussain of house no.7 Kabul river colony, Nowshara N.W.F.P Pakistan (address is from and old Pakistan ID card).

In April I went to Pakistan to attend my brother’s wedding. I was told that Jamaluddin Miftah has requested false school certificates from Pakistan and that Shahnaz Miftah was in the United States under my dead sister’s name. I knew she was in Tulsa and working for Tulsa School District so I did a web search of Tulsa schools and Shahnaz Miftah was listed with Cooper Elementary School as assistant teacher under my deceased sister Nageena Miftah’s name.

Under freedom of information I got copies of her file from Tulsa School District and Shahnaz Miftah is currently working for Cooper Elementary School under my deceased sister’s name Nageena Miftah. There is also a certificate from the University of Peshawar, Pakistan with her real name Shahnaz Anjum in this file.

I do have documents from Pakistan that shows this lady’s name is Shahnaz Miftah wife of Jamaluddin Miftah.

Shahnaz Miftah and her husband Jamaluddin Miftah and who ever sponsored them committed a crime against the United States of America and Pakistan government for obtaining illegal Pakistani passport and Pakistani ID card and American green card under my deceased sister’s Nageena’s name.

I am requesting that Shahnaz Miftah and Jamaluddin Miftah and whoever sponsored them (fully knowing that Nageena Miftah is dead) be brought to justice. I am also requesting a copy of Nageena Miftah’s Pakistani passport and ID card from INS so they can be reported to Pakistani government and canceled.
I am also afraid of retaliation from Jamaluddin Miftah and his family to my family and me.
I am a U.S. citizen and will like your attention to this matter as soon is possible.
I have also reported this matter to Homeland security, Tulsa F.B.I, and Tulsa School District.
