I understand the individual patrolman didnt want to escalate matters..but to NOT take action is a violation of their oath and responsbility as a law enforcement officer. IF those wacky folks were blocking access to the local KROGERS GROCERY STORE protesting against meat eaters, they would not be tolerated.
