1. tie them to a stake in the middle of a large city
2. for the next few days, anyone who walks by is able to [insert torture here]
3. when the Edmonds and his immigrant friend are nearly lifeless, STOP
4. let them recover, but only slightly
5. untie them and put them in a large cage with rabid pit bulls
6. let the pit bulls have some fun for a few days
7. release them from the cage and give them both lethal injections (because I don't want my tax dollars paying for them to be in prison)
