Isn't that the same hand gesture used to denote "Black Power" back in the late 1960s and into the 1970s? Yep. I guess a good racist gesture never goes out of style, huh?

It's also a gesture that "La Raza" members use, as well as some of the old Vatos Locos (pre-gang signs).

Oh, and don't let anybody lie to you. "La Raza" is a know Security Threat Group (i.e., gang).
