  I argee wholeheartedly, Dear Lady. Some in the RNC recognise the fact that Sarah is just beginning her political career, and if they don't want to have her kicking their asses later, they feel they have to eradicate her now. Are conservatives the only army (beside Christians) that kill their own wounded? Will these idiots never learn? Let's form a third party!

  El Marko, I agree with most of your comments. However, I don't think I know of any conservatives who 'kill our wounded'. That would be the faux conservatives and the RINOs who drift with the popular winds and are opportunists so they can be with the 'in crowd' in DC/NY. These are the people who need to be shunned and cast off because they are dead weight.

  Incredibly good point. As a matter of fact, I just sent over an email to Gov. Palin's Governor website address proposing the exact same thing. I'm very serious about this - I think a third party needs to be formed and quickly, and the planks are: 1) energy independence; 2) secure borders and security overall; 3) defining what it means to be an "American" (consitutionalism; mistrust of big government; freedom of belief; free markets).
  
  I have some very clear thoughts on this; I'm an attorney at a big firm in NYC; I have lots of friends who are interested in forming a third party; and I can be reached at joecrandall1@yahoo.com.
  
  We need $$$ though - we need a George Soros type who can help bankroll this effort. I know there's a person who owns casinos in Las Vegas who is an outspoken Republican - kinda the anti-George Soros. I'm trying to track him down - but if anyone happens to know someone who can arrange an introduction, I'm on the next plane to Las Vegas!

  And just for the record . . . . Congress's approval ratings are around 15% - but we don't have a "none of the above" option when we vote (which I wish we did, but I digress.) A viable third party provides a "none of the above" option, and I can't think of a better time to form this party. Sarah needs to take time off, a few weeks at least, and then she needs to attend to being Governor of Alaska. However, I think a well-funded, well thought out third party that STARTS with energy independence would be something she would take a hard look at.

  In two short months, Sarah Palin attracted the crowds and admiration that it took Obama 2 years to cultivate.
  She must be destroyed, therefore. They're going to make sure she never comes back. They've followed her to Alaska, and the jackals will make sure to put out any negative story possible, real or imagined.
  
  How can we tell them enough is enough? Email, complain, and boycott.
  
  Ugh. ABC news in CA just stated that Palin "paraded around in her hotel room with just a towel on".......this is just absolutely shameful. We're witnessing the purposeful personal destruction of this woman.

  I am disgusted with all these rumors about Sarah. Answering a door with just a towel??!! A bimbo she is not! Demanding more clothes for her campain????? Oh my God! Doesn't know the difference between a country and a continent??!! She went to grade school folks! How the left media can even believe this crap is frightning. How Carl Carmeron can actually report this crap as gospel and true without getting the names of the sources shows very poor journalism. I am shocked that he would put all that out there. I used to respect him as a fair and balanced reporter. Carl has just crossed over to the left!
  Perhaps the McCain Camp is not even responsible for the rumors, perhaps its just another leftist group that she scared because of her true American ideals. They all want her to just go away. I and hundreds of thousands of other Americans WANT HER TO STAY!!!!!

  I would like to say that it would be a breath of fresh air to have someone run for President like Sarah Palin, a down to earth type of person . I think the Senate and the House would be much better off if they would abolish the Republic and The Democrat parties and learn to live together to save the United States!! Then let the people vote for the PERSON and NOT THE PARTY!! My mother used to work for a Nursing home and the residents hated the menus set forth by the State!! As a quote from my late mother, she called them "Educated Damn Fools". She said they couldn't force the residents to eat meals that the state set up. And I believe the Senate and the House are made up of "Educated Damn Fools" that are there for the money and control, and NOT FOR THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES!!
