  • The movie is ID4 "Independence Day". Bill Pullman posing as the President of the United States.

    I thought Randy Quaid played the most entertaining character in that movie. He was hillarious.
  • Yes, Independence Day! I always found it ironic that the movie came out during the Clinton years and everyone assumed the Bill Pullman character was an idealized Bill Clinton, when it is actually much closer to President Bush. And GW is even a pilot like the President in the movie!
